What you get discounts & offers
Discount on any line
A percentage, or a fixed amount per unit, given by staff who have the permission.
Saved offers
10% off a category, ₹15 off a product, or an offer on everything, with a start and end date.
Automatic or picked at the counter
Auto offers apply by themselves at checkout; the rest are chosen by staff from the eligible list.
Rules you control
Minimum quantity, minimum cart amount, a cap on the discount, and which stores the offer runs in.
A limit for staff
Set a maximum discount percent. Going above it needs the override permission and is recorded in the activity log.
MRP never changes
The bill shows the price, the discount and what was paid. The product's MRP stays exactly as it is.
Past bills stay as they were
Editing or switching off an offer later never changes a bill that already used it.
Discount reports
Discounts by product, by offer, manual versus offer, and a log of overrides, exported to Excel.
