Create your account and first store
Sign up with your name, business name and phone. Your free trial starts immediately, with no card. Add your first store and you already have a working counter.

Add your products
Give each product a name, price, cost price, unit and minimum stock level. Add SKU, barcode number, category and an image where it helps. The minimum level is what drives your low-stock alerts later.

Add stores and staff, then set permissions
Each store gets its own login and panel. Billing staff get their own accounts, and you choose exactly what each of them can see and do. Staff only ever see their own store.

Search a product by name, SKU or barcode number, add it to the bill, take Cash, UPI or Card, and print or download the PDF invoice. Stock drops automatically with every sale.

Switching over
Moving from a bill book
Most owners start with one store and their fastest-moving products, bill on ApnaKhatta for a few days alongside the bill book, then add the rest of the catalogue once the counter routine feels normal. Stock counts are easiest to enter on a quiet morning, using a stock adjustment with a reason so the history is clear from day one.
